By using the Service, you represent that you are legally authorized to enter into these Terms and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. No Financial Responsibility

The Company is not responsible for any trading decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from the use of the Service.

All trading activities are conducted at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Relationships

Users may connect with third-party service providers, including brokers, market makers, and clearing institutions.

The Company does not control or guarantee the performance of any third-party services.

5. Fees

The Company may charge service fees for the use of the platform, including but not limited to data transmission or infrastructure usage fees.

All fees will be disclosed separately.

6. Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
